By using Šemû Live, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. That's it — no tricks buried in the fine print.
Šemû Live is an AI-powered sermon analysis tool built for pastors and ministry leaders. You upload a sermon. We analyze it and return feedback on structure, delivery, and engagement. The analysis is yours to keep, share, or discard. We don't keep it.
Use Šemû Live for what it's built for: sermon analysis and pastoral development. Please don't:

You own everything you upload. Full stop. We process your sermon audio to generate analysis, present that analysis to you in your password-protected account, and then discard it from our servers. We do not retain the analysis after delivery.
The only thing stored is the audio file you uploaded — the same file that likely already lives on your church website, YouTube channel, or podcast feed. You can delete it from our servers at any time, permanently.
We do not sell your content. We do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to run the service (transcription and AI analysis). Those providers are contractually bound to the same standards.
We do not train AI models on your sermons. Ever.
We collect only what we need to provide the service:

If you'd like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us at feedback@seen.place and we'll take care of it within 7 days.
Šemû Live is currently in a free Founders Circle beta. When paid plans launch:

The feedback Šemû Live provides is generated by artificial intelligence. It is intended to be helpful, not authoritative. It does not replace your mentor, your pastoral community, or your own judgment. Audio quality and content affect results. We don't guarantee specific outcomes — only that we'll keep working to make it better.
Šemû Live is provided as-is. Seen Place LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We're a small team building something we believe in — we'll always do right by you, but we need this clause in place.
If we update these terms in a material way, we'll notify you by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. We won't surprise you.
